Open innovation could be great (nice example BTW). Only this is a tough one; the next model after this strong mini.
But they really gotta start thinking it….
Maybe innovation in a pool of experts?

most easy step now is to get some diversity on the street. Just make it possible to personalize your mini. (I think Smart was doing something like this.) Upload your picture go to the dealer and they put the sticker on your roof…

wonder what pictures we would get to see. lot’s of cats, dogs and babies I guess

I like the mini version with the british flag. would be great for the next football championship to do something with flags.
