This weeks Viral Friday #1 position goes to News3Online. The viral campaign in which you run for president! The runner up spot is for Ninja Cat, the cute little ninja cat that manages to come closer without any movement. Jerry Seinfeld & Bill Gates in New Family completes this week’s top 3.

1. News3Online

News3online, the viral campaign from chatservice Paltalk, has become a hit on the internet. Since the start of the campaign, ten weeks ago, the personalized viral campaign website has been visited 7 milion times!

In a “fake” newsitem, everyone can run for president! COO Joel Smernoff, who send the viral to 200 friends and 1300 Paltalk users, is expecting to hit view number 15.000.000 near the election day in november. The clip already made it to Wired and Fox News. Also see Quantcast and Google Trends.

2. Ninja Cat

A cat with nina moves, a true sensation on the internet! Dutch Youtube user BullehNL added the movie last wednesday on Youtube and the movie has been viewed almost 2 milion times since then. The movie, which also has a horror version, made it in this week even to popular blogs as I Can Has Cheezburger?, Neatorama, Geekologie and Laughing Squid.

3. Jerry Seinfeld & Bill Gates: New Family

The first spot had to endure a lot of critizism. But the saga continues. In the follow-up commercial, entitled New Family, the famous duo stays over at an average American family. The spot, with a length of more then four minutes, was viewed over 1.3 million times on Youtube. The two commercials are an important teaser for Microsoft’s new Windows Vista campaign. 4. Sticky Note Experiment

Eepybird, better known from the Diet Coke + Mentos Experiments, is back! This new experiment from Fritz Grobe and Stephen Voltz, in cooperation with Office Max and ABC Family, required 280.951 post-its to create these rainbow colored waterfalls! The experiment had its premiere at the 5th of september on the ABC Family channel during the first episode of the miniserie Samouraï Girl with Jamie Chung and Brendan Fehr. Also check the making of. 5. The Science of Sexy by Dita

Wonderbra joined forces with the 35 year old worldfamous danser and model Dita Von Teese and developed a lingerie serie. The limited collection consisting of three retro lines from the fourties are named: Multi-Teese, Spote-Teese and Satin-Teese. The collection is available in Europe from the 23rd of September.
