Gap, the American clothing brand, has been popping up in the social buzz quite a lot these past weeks. Their case shows very strongly and clearly that listening to your fans may not always take you where you were planning to go, but you will learn a lot from it.
Above picture is from a website, created by a guy who thought it would be a great idea. And it worked. According to his blog this page got over 100.000 page views and almost 10.000 people creating their own version of the logo.

This week, Twitter announced a big transformation that will spread in the next couple of weeks. With this ‘new’ Twitter, tweeting from the website is made easier. Next to that, Twitter has teamed up with media providers such as YouTube and Yfrog, so you don’t have to navigate away from your Twitterstream to view a photo or video.
