Amazing Iphone App Lets You Rap Like T-Pain
Auto-tuning, the practice of digitally “repairing” off-key vocal tracks, has released the first iPhone app to give you Auto-Tune in the palm of your hand. This amazing app, lets you step into the shoes of hip-hop singer, songwriter, and producer T-Pain.
With the “I Am T-Pain App,” anyone with an iPhone and $2.99 or € 2,39 can Auto-Tune their voice . All you to do is to sing into the microphone, and the phone plays your voice with Auto-Tune correction. You can sing along with T-Pain songs (the app shows you the lyrics), or sing anything else, then share the recording with friends via email or social networking sites such as Facebook or Myspace.
Auto-Tune is a software program created in 1997 as a means of audio processing. When a singer’s voice is filtered through Auto-Tune, the pitch is tweaked depending on what tone is pre-programmed into the software. With the I-am T-Pain, the software becomes available to the mass, the iPhone seems like the best mean to get it and to use it.
The app comes with 5 T-Pain tracks with lyrics, beside that you’ll get 3 unreleased T-Pain tracks. For those who are really into this app, 5 extra tracks can be bought using the In-App Purchase.
