Hi Kris – Its to bad that a technical failure causes this small riot. On the other hand, its a logic thing. People put a lot of effort in making (what seems to them the perfect item) video.

I can imagine the technical pressure the campaign had in peak moments. I’ve had contact with the agency (Quinnandco) which told me the results exceeded the expectations / objectives big time. The way the target group is looking for attention is a logical step, but I don’t think it will help them any further.
