Hidden Bra Cam – Nestlé Breast Cancer Awareness

With Breast Cancer Awareness Month in October, Nestlé Fitness has launched a new video campaign to raise awareness about breast cancer.

Nestle decided to attach a hidden camera to the bra of a woman volunteer to capture the reactions of both men and women every time they glanced at her breasts.

The result: 37 boob-looks in one day, and not just from men, but women and babies too!

The video ends with a call to action: ‘Your breasts are checked out every day. So when was the last time you checked your own? Checking your breasts regularly helps prevent breast cancer.#CheckYourSelfie’.

Check out the Nestlé Fitness Bra Cam video here:

“The new video was launched as part of the company’s annual Pink Ribbon commitment to build awareness about breast cancer and to raise funds in partnership with local charities in more than 20 communities where Nestlé Fitness operates,” said Nicolas Guillon, Global Marketing Manager Fitness & Portfolio Promotions, Cereal Partners Worldwide.

The campaign is great follow up of last year’s Tweeting Bra campaign, with the first bra ever that can actually tweet:

My opinion?

The campaign looks like like a funny little experiment which has been done before, but this one has an important message behind it.

The video has already over 2 millopn views on YouTube, big question is: will it make tomorrow’s ViralFriday?

What about you?

What do you think of the campaign? Does it raises your awareness about breast cancer?
