My Opinion?
I am a big fan of concepts which uses existing elements in a smart and compelling digital environment. Combine it with my passion for cycling and the Tour de France and you have a fan!
I even got aware again of the Google+ timeline, but still not convinced.
So in my opinion a nice concept for Tour fans, but also a smart way to present Google products.
