@ Rennell – I would have to disagree. Whilst in the short term it will have provided them with a lot of attention, the negative reponse the video elicited on top of the fact that people feel tricked will harm the brand in the long run.

@ Sander – a case of too little too late? That video has 6,000 views whereas the original had close to 200,000 views. Which means that many people who saw the first video still have no clue who it was created by and why.
