Don't get me wrong, I do like the htc mytouch. But shortly after buying my wife an iPhone, it is clear to me Apple offers the superior user experience. There are certain advantages when a company such as Apple retains tight control of its product. Time will tell if open source can catch up. However, I cannot deny that this movie is 100% accurate. I did not see in the movie that flash is also not working at my latest iPhone... Hopefully Apple understands that is much easier to be the underdog and challenger. Since they are a bit more successful and mainstream with the iPhone, they have acted much more corporate and rigid than a challenger should be... They might have learned a lesson here....
