1. Jonas Brothers: Bounce

Kevin Jonas, Nick Jonas and their brother Joe aka The Jonas Brothers are out with a video to their new song ´Bounce´, featuring the Disney sweetheart Demi Lovato and their bodyguard Big Bob. Demi kicks off the video in best Fergie style with “Let´s Get It Started”. Joe (with a big wig and headband) and Nick, with a big mustache and oversize aviators, really get this video bouncing! The video is directed by JBD Productions Music and music by Nick Jonas. The video is a huge success and got more than 2,4 million views on YouTube in one week.

2. iDon’t

Chances are a lot of iPhone owners turned pale around the nose when watching this video. The sweet background music doesn’t hide the fact that every statement shown is very true. After naming all the things the iPhone can’t do, the viewers are directed to a website where they can leave their e-mail address to stay up to date. While the viewer is contemplating this, at the top of the website new and promising statements about the new Droid keep flashing up. The video generated 1,085,633 views in just five days.

3. Balloon Boy Did It For The Show

I’m sure everyone has heard about the ‘Balloon Boy’ the last week. While America was worried sick into thinking that the 6 year old Falcon Henne aka “Balloon Boy” was on a runaway balloon flying over Colorado, he was just hiding in the attic. In this video the “Balloon Boy” is on “Larry King Live” together with his family. He admits hearing his parents calling and 40 sec in the video he mutters “We did this for the show”. Besides a lot of people worrying sick, this video generated 2,4 million views in a week.

4. Google Wave Cinema: Pulp Fiction

Are you getting tired of these bog standard product tutorials? Google Wave’s original product video was particularly cringe worthy, so Joe Sabia of Whirled Interactive decided to spice things up a bit. Joe and his friend Scott Chan created a deliciously edited mashup of Google Wave and Samuel L Jackson’s famous speech from Pulp Fiction. The video obviously struck a chord after the recent gold rush for Wave invites and has amassed nearly half a million views up to date. Also read Paul’s article for a more in-depth story.

5. Massive paint fight for Samsung Corby

In order to raise new awareness for the Samsung Corby the company decided to orchestrate a massive paint fight in the streets of Sao Paulo. You may wonder what the hell a paint fight has to do with a mobile phone, but it was actually a very well crafted campaign. The Corby has built-in social networking features, so to prove its capabilities Samsung identified 4 influencers and gave them the phone to use its features to build an army from their online friends. Over 200 people participated and the video has been watched over 200,000 times. And all that for just 4 phones and 2,000 litre of paint.
