Ashton Kutcher Will Star As Steve Jobs In New Film

Ashton Kutcher will star as Apple CEO Steve Jobs in the new movie jOBS, an independent film to arrive in public theaters in April 2013, will be premiered this month on the closing night of the Sundance Film Festival.

I did not see the match at first.

Until I saw these “teenage” pictures of Kutcher and Jobs, and they do look like brothers. Great matchmaking in casting.

Producer Mark Hulme of Five Star recently told tech website Neowin: the biopic will focus on “the early years of Apple, its founding, and the up and down years.

Kutcher is a star I like. He stars in Two and a Half Men, previously played roles on Fox’sThat ’70s Show and films as The Butterfly Effect, No Strings Attached, Valentine’s Day and Dude Where’s My Car.

Producer Mark Hulme described Kutcher’s performance as “inspiring and unforgettable.” So my expectations of this film are high and I can’t almost wait to see it.

Another movie about Steve Jobs is being made by Sony Pictures and is based on Walter Isaacson’s biographical book of Jobs.
