The clues are seeded M&M’s YouTube, Twitter, Foursquare and Facebook pages over the next few weeks to help find where red is. This engagement idea is a smart way to earn attention for the M&M social channels (including foursquare). So, I like the approach and idea by BBDO Proxomity.

However, if you participate yourself, you might not understand 100% of the customer journey? Did you detect some parts that consumers might not fully understand or where they will be most likely to drop-out of the campaign flow?
