1. Cardo Wireless France: Popcorn

Is it possible to make popcorn using your cellphone? Last week four home videos created a lot of buzz and views. The videos appear to be hoaxes by Cardo Systems, market leader in Bluetooth headsets. 2. BMW GINA Light Visionary Model

German car manufacturer BMW unveiled their latest concept by Chris Bangle, the BMW GINA Light Visionary Model. The concept “GINA” is really an acronym that stands for “Geometry and Functions In “N” Adaptions”, with “N” stands for infinite. This is most evident in the GINA Light Visionary Model’s outer skin, which is made entirely out of textile fabric that’s pulled taut around a frame of metal and carbon fiber wires. The skeleton of the car is controlled by electro-hydraulic devices and can actually move and change shape beneath the fabric skin.

The video got over 1.5 million views in the BMW YouTube channel and on BMW-Web.tv since it was released June 9th. Several influential websites and car blogs, like Daum, Naver, Wired, Autoblog.com, Jalopnik, Car Advice and Carblog.co.za. link to the video. Also check the case study (in German).
