1. World’s Loudest Alarm Clock!

Do you hit the snooze button one too many times in the mornings? Kip Kedersha, A.K.A. Kipkay created the worlds loudest alarm clock, that might just be for you. Kip works with Make Magazine, a quarterly American Do It Yourself magazine. In weekly videos, Kip shows how users can create the projects featured in the magazine. All videos are combined in Kipkay’s YouTube channel, which is a great hit. The channel has over 170,000 subscribers and its latest video featuring the worlds loudest alarm clock got over 1 million views in just one week time!

2. Ken Block At The Dirt 2 Launch Event

Ken Block, we all know him by now after several successful viral videos, was present at the launch of Codemasters’ Dirt 2 game at Silvestone in the United Kingdom. Apparently the car show was nice, but Ken liked to spice things up a bit. Some lucky ones got a chance to ride shotgun in Ken’s Subaru. The expressions on the faces tells me Ken is not holding back. The video got viewed over half a million times on YouTube since it was uploaded on 11 September. The game was announced on 19 November 2008 and will feature the late Colin McRae as well as Ken Block and Travis Pastrana.

3. Downhill Neon Freeborders

Freebording is like snowboarding on the street. And just like snowboarding you can do all sorts of tricks and spectacular moves. These guys combined their passion for freebording with their passion for Tetris, resulting in this video. So far, it generated 364,398 views. In the video, some guys go down a hill in a San Fransisco street at night with brightly coloured Tetris shapes above their heads, copying a game of Tetris. On the freebording website, the basics are explained and fanatics can upload their own videos.

4. Quique The Head

Diesel and Shackleton created the story about Enrique Caraboni JR., also called Quique the head, to promote Diesel’s new helmet. Quique was born a head. Now, after 27 years doctors say he could be “assembled” into a body, so he made this website to find himself a proper one. Quique’s video got viewed over 280,000 times on YouTube since September 10. Read more about Quique on his site or connect to him at Facebook.

5. Paintball Pop Art

The past week this video has been mentioned on blogs as the newest art work from a Columbian artist called Bon Yurt. But in fact it’s the latest campaign from the Columbian yoghurt company Bon Yurt.
The video features paint ballers creating the timeless icon across the world, Marilyn Monroe, as Andy Warhol painted her. To solidify its position as the yogurt for cool kids, the Bon Yurt yoghurt company of Columbia asked the paint ballers to replicate the Marilyn Monroe portrait via projectile paint. Watch the video to see how good and quickly they do it.
