Qualcomm’s Best Bus Stop EVER

For those who commute daily, the waiting time for a bus can sometime feel like ages.

Qualcomm's Best Bus Stop EVER

But what if an interesting city-light ad at the bus stop encourages the passenger to check a web-site and after they do so, a surprise happens?

And by a surprise, I don’t mean the actual bus coming…

Qualcomm gave some lucky Los Angeles commuters the world’s greatest, best bus stop and later a ride of their lives. People waiting for bus could check a web-site that was part of an ad with tag lines, like “In a hurry?”, “Seen it all?”, and “Bored?” at the bus stop and visit the displayed URL address.

In a while, some cool things happened, see for yourself.

My Opinion?

I simply love the videos, the idea and execution – turning something so simple into an amazing experience. Thus it’s not surprising the main video is so popular, already close to 1,7 million views.

Guys at Denizen Company, who created these videos for Qualcomm’s “Born Mobile” did a really good job. I recommend to have a look at more of Denizen’s work, you won’t be disappointed.

And if you are interested in “Born Mobile” campaign, you can test yourself if you were born mobile and also see more of the amazing stuff at Qualcomm’s YouTube channel.

What About You?

Which one would you choose? Have to admit the puppies are adorable, but the truck…well, can’t help myself, but it looks like a rape-van. Not that I have seen one, but that’s how I would imagine one.
