HP Photoball: HD Camera Wi-Fi Charged Event Photos
HP Photoball, a giant ball with HD camera and wi-fi antenna is taking photos of the crowd at a music event in Sao Paulo.
Forget about Instagram or Twitter’s Vine for a moment. The HP Photoball is taking photos as it bounces around the crowd during music festival Planeta Terra in Sao Paulo Brazil.
The cool thing? The photos are being sent to a live feed on stage. And to Facebook fan page in real-time.
Even cooler? Fans could share and print the photos during the concert.
More than 3 million viewers were also able to witness the concert via live online broadcast.

My Opinion?
Clever “move” from HP and its agency Almap BBDO.
Brand innovation at the heart of the product makes it very relevant. And very entertaining for the crowd.
You could call it: adding meaningfulness to people’s lives.
And pretty light on branding. HP who?
Two thumbs up for HP and Almap BBDO.
Hopefully you will share this story.
