These graphics support the direction I am going with my business as I am focusing on building a brand right now and part of my job is helping others do the same. I have a facebook site (and store) and do frequent, short updates. Choosing a competent designer to help build your brand from Day One is important too.
Hi Sharon, good luck and hope it helps you and your business. Let us know here at ViralBlog how it is going!

Great infographic and very much along the lines of what we were thinking based on our own use and observation. The personas seem about right too – well done!
The good thing about social media marketing is that its cost effective. having a twitter account doesnt prevent you from having an FB. The stats given above proves that advertising a brand via these networks work. so why not just use both and more, right?
Happy holidays to all!

Cheers, all the best for 2012!
